All rooms have queen-size beds with visco-elastic mattresses and pillows that are super-comfortable and have won rave compliments from guests.

Sunrise Loft Two-Bedroom Suite

This cozy but spacious, peaceful and private two-bedroom suite consists of the new,oceanview lounge in the second-floor loft area, in combination with both the Garden Room and Beachcomber Room and adjacent Private Bathroom, offering comfortable privacy for a couple or a family group with extra adults, teenagers, youth or young children.

This area is named for the spectacular sunrises that appear through the glass of the European Balcony; but the harvest moonrises over Comox Bay are equally magnificent!

Garden and Beachcomber Rooms

These two second-floor guest rooms are normally contained within the Sunrise Loft Suite, but can be rented individually (when available) as an economical option for singles, couples or small families who don't mind sharing a same-hallway bathroom with other guests. The shared oceanview lounge is an open mezzanine area that overlooks the great-room lounge and dining room below.

Note: This option is generally not available in peak summer season.

Policies

This is a Non-smoking property entirely!

• No guest pets please... (and, we don't have pets).
• Kitchen is not available for meal preparation by guests.
• We request guests to remove their outdoor shoes while in the house. We provide clean 'croc' slippers for use by guests in the house and on the deck; they are also welcome to use their own slippers or dedicated indoor shoes, or just wear socks.
• Families and children are welcome if compatible with the circumstances of other booked guests.

Reservation and Cancellation:

To Confirm a Reservation, we request a credit card number (by telephone or secure email).

Two-night minimum stay may apply in peak season.

Cancellation Deadline prior to booked arrival: 3 days.

Late Cancellation may incur a charge of 50% of the booking if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation. A "no-show" without notice may incur a charge of 100% of the booking.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Check-out: prior to 11:00 a.m.
Other times by specific arrangement.

Privacy Policy:

No Personal Information supplied by guests reserving or staying at the Beach House B&B; will be divulged by the Beach House B&B; to 3rd parties nor placed at risk to online access. Details available upon request.
